Philip, our Chairman, is an extremely experienced businessman. He is an accountant and Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers with 50 years’ experience in finance from both the lender’s and the borrower’s aspects.
Philip has managed and developed companies in the energy, mining, construction and services industries. In addition to raising more than $2 billion of funds for these industries he has also been instrumental in providing finance solutions for businesses in these and other industries.
Philip has worked globally especially in developing countries and difficult areas, where his experience enables him to evaluate all types of projects and provide suitable financial solutions under both western and Islamic regulations.

Khaled, our CEO is a highly motivated and self-directed individual with great sense of achievement. A graduate of BEng Aeronautical at University of Wales, Wrexham (NEWI), and MEng Aerospace Engineering at QMW University of London
Khaled has worked with leading Engineering and Financial Institutions across Europe and the Middle-East. He started his working career as a Jn Eng. In the Aerospace industry for Thomson Training & Simulation, London before moving across to General Orient Oil & Gas, Geneva as a Development Manager. He then made an important move into the financial sector as a Middle East director for Bluecharcoal LLC, CityGroup, London. Currently a Director at 3H20 Capital, London.
Khaled, with his diverse background and multi-cultural inheritance, relishs the challenges offered by the industry and advancing the corporation into the global market.
Mr Stéphane Willemart

A graduate of law at the University of Libre de Bruxelles and the University of Catholique de Louvain. Honorary lawyer at the Brussels Bar and lawyer at the Paris Bar. Honorary Deputy Judge at the Court of Appeal of Mons since 2011, retired in 2022.
Development of a significant reference clientele, especially in commercial distribution law, in several key sectors of economic life particularly in the automotive industry, trucks, agricultural machinery and mass distribution.
